Workplace wellness and partnerships advisor
Help companies of all sizes create massage therapy programs that fit their teams.
We want to give every company the guidance it deserves
More companies are reaching out to bring massage therapy to their teams. An office massage day, a corporate event, or a recurring program: every organization comes to us with a different reality.
We are now receiving more requests than our small team can support with the attention we want to provide. We need someone who will understand each client, shape the right proposal, and guide them through the launch of their program.
This role carries commercial responsibility. But we are not looking for someone who recites a pitch or pushes a standard package. We need someone who can turn a first conversation into a trusted relationship.
Start with each company's goals, budget, and reality, then recommend the right format.
Follow up, present a clear proposal, and support the decision without unnecessary pressure.
