Kicking Lotus collects only the information needed to deliver its massage therapy services: contact details, booking information and, with your consent, a health questionnaire intended for your massage therapist.

How we use your information

• Scheduling and confirming your appointments;
• Issuing your receipts (including insurance receipts);
• Sharing with your therapist the health information relevant to your treatment;
• Contacting you about your bookings.

Sharing and retention

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the staff and providers required to deliver the service (payment processing by Stripe, email delivery). Health questionnaires are accessible only to the assigned therapist and administration.
