Ready to relax?
What time would suit you best? Feel free to contact us to discuss which treatments would be a good fit. π
Your therapist brings all the necessary equipment, from the table to the sheets to the music.
Simply choose a room, large enough, for the massage. You can customize the atmosphere to maximize the experience.
It will help eliminate toxins from your body, improve the flexibility of your muscles and promote a faster recovery after the massage.
Eating a large meal before a massage can be uncomfortable. If you're worried about cravings, have a light, easy-to-digest snack, such as fresh fruit.
Optional but a must! The heat of the water on your body will already start a muscular and psychological relaxation. The luckiest ones will enjoy their jacuzzi.
Dressing in comfortable clothes will help you get in the mood. Some people even opt for a bathrobe. Keep in mind that these will be your clothes after the massage.
Preparation: Your massage therapist arrives at your home at the appointed time with her massage table, clean sheets, massage oils, music, etc. Everything you need to create a relaxing atmosphere. He/She will take a few minutes to set up the equipment.
Consultation: Before starting the session, he/she will go over your health questionnaire and ask about your needs and preferences to properly tailor the massage. This is the time to share everything with him/her, what part of the body is most in need, what you prefer, your ideal pressure level, etc.
Installation: The massage therapist will leave the room to let you settle in comfortably and in privacy on the table, while remaining covered by a sheet. He/she will let you know when he/she is coming back, and the same thing at the end of the massage.
Massage: Your massage therapist will validate the pressure and your comfort a few times. It is your massage, so feel free to communicate at any time your preferences or any discomfort (temperature, pressure, light, music volume, etc.). Techniques tailored to your needs will be used to help you relax and release tension. Don't forget to breathe, to let yourself go. PS: Your massage therapist does not need any help. πͺ
End of the session: You will be able to slowly come back to yourself, get up and get dressed again. You will have a chance to debrief on the massage with your massage therapist, and share valuable information for your next massage. He/She will be able to advise you and suggest some relevant exercises.
Departure: If you have not already done so, you will be able to make your payment in your preferred method. Your massage therapist will leave your home leaving the premises in the same condition as it was before the session.
πππ No stress, no traffic, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your massage, in peace, in the comfort of your home! πππ
